You will be gently guided onto your large, comfortable, sturdy float, where you'll be provided with a warm blanket and eye mask. With float therapy, you shouldn't get wet, as the floats are spacious and robust, and you are not required to enter the water.
Next, you will be led into a meditation experience designed to help you settle and prepare for your self-connecting journey. As you float on the warm water, the sounds and vibrations will begin, and you may hear subtle sounds of the water, enhancing the tranquil soundscape associated with sound healing.
Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable; cozy layers and socks are ideal for extra warmth, although the pool room is very inviting.
Check availability and book a date and time that's convenient for you. If you prefer not to try float therapy, you can always reserve a poolside space for your yoga mat in the beautiful warm pool room, where you can enjoy a meditation experience or participate in sound healing.
