Reiki and Sound Healing

Both Reiki Healing and Sound Healing offer effective ways to restore energy flow, harmonize body, mind, and soul, and promote deep relaxation. While their tools and techniques may vary, their essence remains consistent. Both modalities work with the body's subtle energy to remove blockages and enhance its natural ability to heal itself. This harmonious approach will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and refreshed. 

We recognize the profound connection between these techniques and combine them in our Harmonic Healing sessions.

Our Harmonic Healing sessions are held at The Grounding Room in Elland, Halifax, where Reiki Healing is provided by practitioners Joanne, Nicola, and Karen, while Fe offers a personal sound bath experience. You are welcome to join us alone or bring up to two others to share in this intimate Sound Healing journey.

You will lay on a comfy therapy bed while up to 3 Reiki practitioners channel universal energy through their hands into your body using light touch, enhancing your experience with Reiki Healing. The more practitioners you book, the more energy you receive! Meanwhile, you will be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and chimes, a key element of Sound Healing. After your session, you will be treated to a selection of calming teas and treats before you leave, completing your journey of Harmonic Healing.
